8:00 pm:       Hospitality Suites Open (8th Floor)
                      For Each District / Area Open for Drinks, Eats, and Fellowship for those arriving Thursday evening.

          (Location available at Check-in)
                     Required for first-time Presidents-Elect; Recommended for Returning Presidents
 
11:45 am:     LUNCH in the Ballroom is open for seating
 
12:00 pm:     Opening Luncheon:  Welcome and Opening Remarks,
                      Please Welcome Our Presentation Panel  
 
1:30 pm:       SESSION II:    The Rotary Foundation Break-out sessions  
           (Break-out Rooms - 3rd Floor, assigned at Check-in)

3:40 pm:       SESSION III:    Rotary Public Image 
           (Breakout Rooms - 3rd Floor, assigned at Check-in)
 
5:30 pm:       Fellowship:  Cash Bar Is Open / Cocktails, Fellowship,
Visit the Vendors and Exhibitors in the House of Learning and Resources 
 
6:10 pm:       Doors open for Dinner seating  
          (Exciting Mini-Auction of Theme items)
 
6:15 pm:      Auction of donated and signed Theme items
 
6:30 pm:       Welcome, Introductions, Invocation,   
           (Dinner Is Served)
 
7:30 pm:       Welcome Rotary International President-Elect R. Gordon R. McInally 
                      Our Keynote for the Event
 
8:00 pm:       Friendly, Fun Fundraiser for Foundation
           Featuring:  The Dueling Pianos!!
