2023 PETS SCHEDULE
2023 PETS runs from 10 am Friday, March 24th through 4 pm Saturday, March 25th, 2023
THURSDAY:
- Early arrivals on Thursday evening will find Rotarians in the Hospitality Suites. Look for a notice of location when you check into your hotel room.
FRIDAY:
- Registration check- in opens at 8 am Friday morning in the foyer near the Gallery.
- No formal sit-down breakfast FRIDAY. Continental will be offered in the Hospitality Suites, Hotel Restaurant will be open for those who wish a sit-down breakfast on their own.
- First PETS session will start at 10 am for first-time Presidents-Elect. Returning Presidents-elect are welcome as an optional start.
- All Presidents-Elect and attendees will join together for the first Plenary Session at the noon Luncheon.
- Vendors and Exhibitors will set up and open in the Gallery at 8 am Friday morning as well.
- Friday's Dinner will feature Rotary International President- Elect R. Gordon R. McInally as guest speaker.
SATURDAY:
- Saturday's schedule will be posted shortly.
