DGE 7410: Bill Skinner
Bill Skinner is a senior business executive coach at Paramount Business Development, a business and executive coaching firm started over 15 years ago, to help companies and their leaders outperform their market and competition. Prior to Paramount Business Development, Bill was a leading salesperson for a pharmaceutical company. He then transitioned from sales into the marketing arena, where he marketed top products in their perspective categories, worldwide. After great successes in sales and marketing, Bill shifted to the customer service and national accounts function just before moving into supply chain logistics. Bill eventually came to the realization that his true passion was in teaching, advising, and coaching businesses, as opposed to consulting, so he joined the world's largest business coaching organization where he met his future partner, Rick Munson. Together they soon launched Paramount Business Development and have been helping business owners reach new levels of success ever since.Bill is a graduate of NYU with advanced classes taken in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain Logistics at various universities. He is a Certified Executive Coach, a Certified Practitioner of Profiles International Assessments and TTI Success Insights, and an author of several business/leadership books available on Amazon. He has also been a Rotarian for 10 years having founded The Slate Belt Club (Northampton County) as a satellite Club and was it's first President in 2012. He served a second term in 2016 guiding the Club to being chartered and has been an Assistant Governor for the Past 3 years. An RLI Graduate, he has been a speaker at District Conferences and a facilitator at Mid Northeast PETs and is a Paul Harris Fellow. He is also in the Knights of Columbus and sits on the Board of Directors of the Nazareth Area Chamber of Commerce and was the past Chairperson.
He has been married to his wife Rita for 45 years and have 3 married children and 5 grandchildren. In his spare time, he likes to continue to learn, spend time with family and friends, enjoy all types of sporting events.
