Dr. Janelle Hall
Dr. Janelle C. Hall has been a noteworthy leader in the community. In her role as Executive Director at United Passaic Organization- A Community Action Agency, Dr. Hall has helped many individuals and family alike fortify their steps to a better quality of life through self-sufficiency. Dr. Hall plans to expand the services of United Passaic Organization to provide holistic resources to families and in partnership with other community action agencies to provide mutual aid relief to those who need a hand up, not a hand down. Although born in the Bronx, New York, Dr. Hall considers herself a proud Passaic native. 
 
She went through the Passaic school system and is truly a product of the city she serves today. She graduated from William Paterson University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and a minor in Social Science in 2011. Dr. Hall graduated with her Master of Public Administration degree from Fairleigh Dickerson University- Metropolitan Campus in 2013. In 2020, Dr. Hall EARNED her doctoral degree in Philosophy with a concentration in Public Policy and Administration Organizational Leadership in Non-Profits (PPA) from Walden University. She is the author of Daughter of Destiny: 8 Steps to Personal Empowerment. Dr. Hall’s mission is to help individuals reach their destinies. As a proud mother of four beautiful children, Dr. Hall continues to be an influential role model to all she encounters. 
 
Above all else, Dr. Hall has a heart to serve. Her passion for underserved communities led her to the United Passaic Organization; an organization she once relied on for support leading to self-sufficiency and sustainability. Though Dr. Hall enjoys traveling, shopping, and quality time with family and friends, she finds time to coach, mentor, and offer sustainable information to those in need. Dr. Hall is best known for her training & development, civic service, and leadership skills. She is enthusiastic about collaborating and networking with individuals. She is the CEO and Principal Consultant at Beyond Inspired LLC., a professional development consulting firm, as well as a podcast host for “Worth Your Salt” with Dr. Hall.  
 
Dr. Hall is a very active member in the Passaic County Community where she presently resides. She currently serves as 1st Vice President and Chair of  Program Planning, and Development of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority (DST) INC. - Paterson, New Jersey Alumnae Chapter.  She is a member of Walden University Divine Nine Alliance. During the sororities biennium (2018-2020), Dr. Hall served as an Eastern Regional Delta Internal Development (DID) Facilitator. She conducted various trainings for chapters covering topics such as sisterhood, chapter management, and code of conduct. Currently, Dr. Hall is an appointed member of the DST Eastern Region Conflict Resolution Committee and Membership Intake Trainer. Dr. Hall serves on the Boys and Girls Club of Clifton Board of Trustees and Chairs the Personnel Committee. She is an honorary member of All Ladies League (ALL) New Jersey Business Networking Chapter. She is a lifetime member of PI Alpha Alpha (PAA), the National Honor Society for Public Affairs & Administration, and the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS), the nation’s largest leadership honor society. She is a member of the NAACP – Passaic Chapter. Dr. Hall is the CEO-certified coach at Beyond Inspired LLC. and a speaker with the John Maxwell Team. She is a past President of Classical Charter School Academy of Clifton, NJ-Board of Trustees. Also, she is an Adjunct Faculty at Union College in Canford NJ, and Seton Hall University in South Orange NJ.
 
On February 2, 2023, Congressman Pascrell bestowed a special congressional recognition highlighting Dr. Hall’s outstanding and invaluable service to the community. 
 
The Passaic County Board of County Commissioners recognized Dr. Hall for her outstanding contributions in the Passaic County community and presented her with a citation from the county.
 
On June 2nd 2023, United for Prevention presented Dr. Hall with the Outstanding Community Advocate (Leadership and Coordination of Community Initiatives in Passaic City) Award for her county-wide efforts to work towards engaging the community members to promote effective change in our county. 
 
In 2022, Dr. Hall was celebrated for her community service work by Team Passaic. Dr. Hall received The State of New Jersey Senate and General Assembly Citation for her contribution of political activism, social engagement, and community advocacy in 2019. In 2018, Dr. Hall was recognized for her 5 years of service at Berkeley College New Jersey. She is also a proud alumna of Leadership Berkeley and a 6-month immersive leadership program. In 2016, she received the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc.– Paterson Alumnae Chapter Leadership, Excellence, Achievement, & Development (L.E.A.D) program participation award. Dr. Hall’s favorite quote by Greg Kincaid is, “No matter how much falls on us, we keep plowing ahead. That’s the only way to keep the roads clear.
